\u00a0<\/span>Hi! This week’s devotional is about patience. During the pandemic it\u2019s been really hard for me to have patience toward my little brother. But God wants us to be patient. So this hopefully will help all of us to have a little more patience this week. Lets begin:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cJOHN!!!!! JOHN!!!!!\u201d Sally yelled.<\/span><\/p>\n

John didn\u2019t\u00a0 pay attention.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI wanna look through the\u00a0 telescope!\u201d Sally said.<\/span><\/p>\n

John still would listen. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cSALLY!\u201d Mom yelled, “Both of you come downstairs and get ready for bed!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

John got up. \u201cComing!\u201d he yelled.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWHAT!\u201d Sally yelled, \u201cI didn’t even get a turn!\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n

They both ran down the stairs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cMom,\u201d Sally said, \u201cJohn didn’t let me look through the telescope!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

John looked at Sally. \u201cWELL, MAYBE IF YOU DIDN\u2019T BUG ME I WOULD HAVE!\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n

Mom shook her head. \u201cI think\u00a0 you both need to work on patience.\u00a0 After all it is a fruit of the spirit. God wants you to be patient. Sally, you need to wait your turn. You will get it eventually. Be patient with your brother.\u201d\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Sally looked at the floor. \u201cSorry,\u201d she said. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAnd John, don’t start yelling at poor Sally. Be patient with your little sister.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

John rolled his eyes.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cJohn?\u201d Mom said.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cSorry Sally,\u201d he said. <\/span><\/p>\n

“After you are ready Sally, you can go use the telescope,” Mom said.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cOkay I will try to be more patient,\u201d <\/span>Sally said.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cYa me too,\u201d said John.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cGood,\u201d said mom, \u201cGod will be very happy with you two.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

As you see, God wants you to be patient. Sally was not being patient because she kept asking John for a turn. Later, John yelled at her and totally lost his cool\u2026.or should I say, patience. Today try to be patient with someone in your life. It will make a big difference. Until next time, Bye and may God bless you today! As their mom said, patience is one of the fruits of the Spirit. You can find it in Galatians 5:22-23\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
