Here are some tips on how to stop worrying about it!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. Tell a grownup you trust<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tell your Mom, Dad, Grandparents or a trusted adult when you feel worried.\u00a0 They will be able to help you through it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Distract yourself<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keep busy and don\u2019t think about your worries if you don&#8217;t have to. Until it is solved, find something good to keep your mind on. It will help quite a bit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Read my devotional about anxiousness (it&#8217;s right <a href=\"https:\/\/staceypardoe.com\/BekahPardoe\/?p=106\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I made it not too long ago and I think it will really help.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. Try solving it in the best way possible<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After telling a trusted grownup, this is probably what should come next. That&#8217;s all I have to say about this one \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5. Sleep on it<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Is it a decision? Give it a day and see what seems wise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>6.
